This is a great example of an electrical safe work task, although a very unique one that has been effectively analyzed and planned.  The video emphasizes a clear understanding of the electrical hazard, the required electrical specific PPE, and an electrical safe work procedure for completing the work task safely.

This is truly an excellent example that we can do energized electrical work safely when necessary because we cannot de-energize as our first choice.
